I came across this yoga teacher who celebrates Winter Solstice with a Native American viewpoint. Very good, earnest information. I love that she uses a swear word ("shit") for emphasis. In December I visit elementary schools presenting our "How to Celebrate Winter Solstice" book. I usually show a short video. I know if I show the 5th-8th grade students this video they will love it and they'll all gasp and laugh because it's so out of the norm to hear a swear word in a classroom setting. Learning through laughter is always a plus.
